As part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will play a key role in crafting customer engagement and delivering groundbreaking results! We are looking for professionals with expertise in sophisticated technical sales, deep AI knowledge, cloud technologies, and B2B solutions architecture. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, showcasing how Agentforce can solve their most critical business goals. What you’ll be doing: Employ your sales expertise, with new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to grow Agentforce at current and new customers. Use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, to articulate to customers how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform their customer engagement while fitting within their existing architecture. Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze complex business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale. Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations to unearth prospective customers’ critical business needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can be a solution. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess clients’ sophisticated business needs, demonstrating what Agentforce offers as a detailed and scalable solution. Craft and present compelling Points of View (PoVs) that highlight the tangible value of Agentforce across technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Align solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives. Combine deep discovery with your perspective to present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers. What you should have: 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales environments. Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including configuring and setting up agents, integrating them into existing flows, automation, and API connections. Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud). Sophisticated business intuition and ability to conduct detailed technical discovery to align client needs with Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities. Strong technical selling skills, including explaining AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and translating AI capabilities into business outcomes. A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in technical sales environments. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales. Skill-Set/Technologies: Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation, Cloud Data Warehouse, Cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
