Field Coordinator We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our team in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia. Key Responsibilities - Título técnico, tecnólogo or estudiante universitario in carreras administrativas, mercadeo or afines. - 1-2 años de experiencia in roles administrativos, servicio al cliente or similares, idealmente in programas de fidelización or retail. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. - Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Conocimiento de plataformas CRM or de gestión de clientes (deseable). - Orientación al detalle, capacidad analítica y habilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información. - Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para resolver problemas.
