The Data & Analytics Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive successful data-driven initiatives. Ideally, the candidate has experience working with various clients, developing expertise in at least two areas: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or AI. This person will contribute to contract sharing, experience exchange across teams and communities (data, AI, ESG groups), and identify opportunities to expand data operations within clients, working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities: Manage the complete Data Lifecycle, including data generation, ETL pipelines, and data enablement. Implement Data Best Practices: Governance, Modeling, Quality, Security & Privacy, Integration, Accessibility, Analytics, Backup & Recovery. Understand Data Architecture & Infrastructure supporting storage, integrations, and analytics platforms. Prioritize tasks and define roadmaps by collaborating with technical and business teams to understand their data needs and communicate the value of data initiatives. Perform Data Profiling to understand data types, relationships, patterns, and trends. Define requirements by working with stakeholders to ensure clarity and achievability, including data presentation. Understand business processes to make appropriate assumptions regarding data sources, entities, and attributes. Validate products with users, ensuring they meet needs and expectations, using data and metrics for decision-making. Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics to assess success and guide improvements. Support AI integration within workflows to enhance performance. Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts, to develop high-quality data products. Attract, retain, and mentor top data talent.
