You’ll lead our property management division, overseeing nearly 250 units and working alongside a driven, mission-focused team. You’ll play a key role in shaping company policy, refining systems, and making sure both residents and owners feel truly taken care of. **What You’ll Do** - **Division Leadership**:Own the day-to-day operations of our property management division and make sure the wheels keep turning—smoothly and efficiently. - **Team Management**:Lead and inspire a rockstar team of six U.S. and international teammates, including leasing pros, maintenance support, and admin whizzes. - **Leasing Success**:Oversee all things leasing—from fresh move-ins to seamless renewals. Keep occupancy up and revenue growing. - **Maintenance Ops**:With help from our Maintenance Coordinator, manage service requests and in-house billing. If it’s broken, we’re on it—fast and fair. - **Money Matters**:Track rent collection, AP/AR, and owner distributions. Stay on top of the financial details that keep the business thriving. - **Turnover Management**:Oversee unit turnovers like a pro—minimizing downtime and making sure every unit is guest-ready. - **System Smarts**:Keep HubSpot workflows humming and tasks flowing.
