As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites. Key Responsibilities - Product Optimization: Manage and optimize online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites, including category recommendations. - Content Production: Participate in and oversee content production—translations, proofreading, and ensuring content correctness and alignment with the requirements of each eRetailer (both graphics and text), with proper SEO optimization. - e-Retailer Research: Conduct ongoing research of e-Retailers' functionalities, widgets, and features. - Product Detail Page Editing: Edit and create Product Detail Pages. - eCommerce Trends: Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends. - Data Analysis: Analyze performance data, conduct research, audits, competition analysis, develop eCommerce strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. - Client Communication: Maintain day-to-day contact with clients and eRetailers. - Status Meetings: Conduct client status meetings. - Seasonal Content: Monitor seasonal content and deals. - Content Upload and Correction: Upload and correct content. - Compliance: Ensure full compliance with each brand's guidelines and legal requirements. - File Management: Rename assets, upload, download, and segregate files. - Project Tracking: Independently track and ensure the timely delivery of projects. Requirements - eCommerce Experience: Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically with e-retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. - PIM/DAM Systems: Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication. - SEO Strategies: Proven success in optimizing product listings and increasing visibility through SEO strategies. - Amazon Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Stores. - Digital Marketing: Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Content Optimization: Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers. - FMCG eCommerce: Experience in FMCG eCommerce. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills. - Teamwork: Team player with excellent communication skills. - SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers. - Problem-Solving: Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. - Attention to Detail: Attention to detail. - Presentation Skills: Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas. - Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva. - Language Skills: Advanced English level (at least C1). - Nice to Have: Nice to have: familiarity with other major US market e-retailers in FMCG (e.g., Target), experience with proofreading.
