Job Description - Customer Success Manager (2500003M)Radware, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud-based securitysolutions, helping MSSPs, service providers, and enterprises offerand gain the highest possible level of security, is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will manageall aspects of the post-sales relationship, ensuring that customersrealize business value through the onboarding and adoption of Radware cloud services. In addition to ensuring customer health,contact with customers will include scheduled service reviews. As aCSM, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of customeraccounts. You need to build a strong relationship with yourcustomers and ensure regular engagement. Engagement framework: 1. Once handed over, you will deliver an introductory meeting with thecustomer and internal stakeholders to determine onboardingmilestones and a high-level plan. 2. Ensure customer rolls outquickly and help by mitigating any challenges that come along todelay or stop deployment using internal resources. 3. Reviews withscorecards linked to the customer's business objectives. 4. Coordinate internal resources to ensure customers’ business needsare met. 5. Support local teams’ sessions with the customer duringincidents. 6. Follow up and log interactions with your customers.7. Plan and execute upsell and cross-sell activities.
