Job Description We are seeking an experienced Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and projects that support the organization's growth and success. Responsibilities - Work with the legal team to implement and manage Contract Life Cycle (CLM) tools effectively - The Junior Legal Counsel will collaborate with other members of the legal team to review and close NDAs, vendor and commercial transactions successfully - The Junior Legal Counsel will perform analysis, provide guidance on company transactions, evaluate risk, update templates, help create training materials, and manage projects as necessary - Provide guidance on contracting documents and processes Requirements - Advise and participate in contract negotiations, including risk management and assessment of commercial transactions - Ability to interact effectively with all departments within the company, including executive management, and external customers and vendors - 3+ years previous experience conducting commercial contract negotiations for services and software for US companies - Proven drafting skills - Privacy and security experience - Independent contributor but also a team player - Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality - Fintech and CLM tool experience a plus, but not required As a full-time employee, we offer competitive benefits programs and perks designed to fit your needs and the needs of your family.
