We run Meta ads that drive real results — and now we’re looking for someone to help us take our client work to the next level. **The Role** You’ll be the founder’s right-hand. That means: - Owning client communication - Coming up with smart campaign angles and growth ideas - Coordinating creatives and turning ideas into live campaigns - Making sure nothing falls through the cracks This is not a junior task-taker role. You’ll think, lead, and execute. **Shadow + Learn** In your first 1-2 months, you’ll shadow the founder on everything — strategy, client calls, performance reviews, creative direction. You’ll get to see how high-level decisions are made and how clients are kept happy and scaling. You’ll learn a ton — fast.
