Currently, we are seeking a Senior .Net Developer to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Position Title: Senior .Net Developer Location: Remote What you will be doing: The Senior .NET Developer role is tailored for highly experienced professionals who have extensive expertise in developing web and software applications using .NET technologies. This position involves leading complex development projects, providing technical guidance, and contributing to architectural decisions. It requires a deep understanding of the .NET framework, software engineering principles, and the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions. Advanced .NET Development: Lead the development and implementation of complex web and software applications using .NET technologies, demonstrating deep technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core. Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical excellence within the team. Architectural Design and Decision-Making: Play a key role in architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of code quality, perform rigorous code reviews, and advocate for best practices in software development. Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical issues, innovate solutions, and optimize application performance. Autonomous Execution: Work independently to meet goals and deadlines, demonstrating self-management and accountability across deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of expertise in the .NET 6 framework and C# programming, including ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Visual Basic. Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development. Profound knowledge of SQL Server and experience with Entity Framework. Mastery of version control systems, particularly Git. Experience working as a core developer and will have full responsibilities for performing QA, designing, and implementing the solutions. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues within automation processes and develop efficient solutions. Leadership and team collaboration skills to guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Adaptability and openness to learning, crucial for staying updated with industry trends and adopting new low-code/no-code technologies effectively.
