Market Access Manager Location: Colombia, Bogotá Type of role: Full time / Permanent About the role Lead the market access strategies in the COPAC region for the products of the Specialty Care portfolio assigned. Develop and execute initiatives to secure market access by improving team capabilities, key processes, platforms, and measurement of KPIs. Our Team Market Access aims to secure complete and timely patient access to Sanofi therapies through strategic stakeholder engagement with payers and other relevant actors within defined geographic ecosystems. Main responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely and complete access for Specialty Care therapies in COPAC by leading a Value & Access team. Lead a high-performance Value & Access team in COPAC SPC. Develop team capabilities, including market access and soft skills. Create and implement platforms to monitor market access execution. Engage effectively with key decision-makers across therapeutic areas. Monitor the impact of market access initiatives with Business Units. Collaborate with the Access & Sales manager to develop product account strategies and KPIs. Adapt and implement operational standards related to Market Access (e.g., payer engagement, events). Anticipate, analyze, and respond to policy changes affecting access, pricing, or coverage. Work cross-functionally with medical affairs, regulatory, marketing, and public affairs teams to support market access strategies. About you Experience: Leadership roles in Market Access and sales within multinational pharmaceutical companies in Central America, Ecuador, and the Caribbean. Skills: Effective communication and influence, strategic and analytical thinking, business acumen, results-oriented, team management, organizational transformation. Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or administrative fields, with postgraduate studies in public health, epidemiology, health policy, or health economics.
