NOTE: this role is for relocation to Medellín Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for senior and complex roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Sales-Oriented Recruiting: Effectively pitch SoftServe’s value proposition, emphasizing Total Rewards (growth opportunities, culture, benefits) rather than focusing solely on salaries. Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Colombian and LATAM talent markets, including trends, competitor analysis, and regional dynamics. Salary Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages strategically, ensuring alignment with SoftServe’s Total Rewards strategy and budget. Budget Management: Efficiently manage and optimize recruitment budgets to achieve maximum ROI. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs. Proactive Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, and market mapping. Performance Metrics: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and meet key hiring KPIs. Sales and Persuasion Skills: Confidently sell roles and SoftServe's value to candidates, inspiring them to join. Strategic Thinking: Anticipate hiring needs and design innovative, long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Leadership and Influence: Inspire, mentor, and guide team members while effectively managing senior stakeholders. Proactivity: Take initiative to solve challenges, streamline processes, and stay ahead of market trends. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands. Analytical Skills: Leverage recruitment metrics and market data to optimize hiring strategies and demonstrate impact. Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1 or higher) to communicate effectively across global teams and with international candidates. Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances in LATAM and how they influence recruitment strategies. Ideal Experience: 8+ years of senior-level recruitment experience in the tech industry or similar fields. Proven track record of attracting top talent through value-driven approaches and promoting Total Rewards over salary focus. In-depth knowledge of the Colombian and LATAM job markets, including talent availability and competitive landscape. Experience in managing recruitment budgets and driving results within financial constraints. Strong background in stakeholder management, negotiation, and creating positive candidate experiences.
