These values include: - Respect - Teamwork - Ownership - Growth Mindset About the role Dialectica has ambitious growth plans and we will continue scaling our team mainly in Operations, but also other key functions such as Technology, Finance, People Operations, Business Development, and Compliance. **Responsibilities**: - End-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to making hiring decisions - Researching and developing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Conducting video, phone and in person interviews - Working closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Colombia through events, presentations and social media **Requirements**: - Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance - 3-5 years full-time work experience in full-cycle recruitment - Experience in proactive sourcing using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Xing, Github etc.) and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities required - Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment - Advanced relationship building skills - Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite **Benefits** - Be part of a creative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced, workplace guided by the values of transparency, diversity, quality, caring, teamwork, ownership, leadership, and constant improvement - Competitive compensation package - Company sponsored team-bonding events - Weekly health and wellness activities (e.g. basketball, football, yoga, running)
