This is a full-time position , with one direct report, designed for someone who blends strategic thinking, human empathy, and strong execution skills. What You'll Be Doing Act as a strategic partner to leaders and teams, driving initiatives in performance, development, engagement, and culture. Design and implement actions to ensure compliance and well-being through our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SG-SST). Manage compensation and benefits processes: salary reviews, promotions, benchmarks, and more. Lead unforgettable people experiences—from onboarding to offboarding. Launch wellbeing and internal communication campaigns aligned with our values. Lead and mentor your direct report, supporting their professional growth. What You Need to Succeed Proven and hands-on experience with SG-SST (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) in Colombia — this is a "must" for us. Solid knowledge in compensation and benefits processes. Advanced English: you can communicate clearly with global teams. Background in People, HR, or Talent-related areas, ideally in fast-paced or professional services environments. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. You must be based in Colombia (preferably in Bogotá, for occasional in-person needs).
