Job Responsibilities As an Integrator Program Manager, you will oversee, direct, and guide the entire program and lead the Mission Focused Team (MFT) PMO. You will work directly to lead the Integrator team in support of the Prime PMOs to drive mission execution, cost, schedule, and performance excellence for a large, cost-plus award fee prime contract supporting over 200 full-time employees (FTEs) across multiple contracts working in unison. You will leverage your expertise to lead the MFT Program Management Committee (PMC) working group and manage interactions, cooperation, and mentorship between the Prime PMOs. You will be the primary point of contact for the Government for the overall contract, ensuring its success, and will work at all levels within the contract, customer, and leadership chains to execute program operations. Collaboration with staffing, technical, business management, contracts/subcontracts, and security leads across the MFT primes will be essential to track, enforce, and improve collaboration processes. In this role, you will foster the team's culture, build relationships across the program and stakeholder teams, share best practices, lessons learned, consolidate data, and ensure a unified approach to responding to customer trends across the MFT. Candidate Capabilities The Integrator Program Manager should be proactive, adept at managing relationships, consolidating deliverables, and fostering collaboration at all levels to ensure a unified response from the MFT. Extensive program management experience running PMOs across various functions, familiarity with CPAF LOE and Completion-based contracts, and experience interfacing with personnel across government and contractor organizations are required. The candidate must qualify as a Program Manager 3 (PM3), with key responsibilities including: Managing the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. Serving as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and senior management. Contributing to cost management, schedule tracking, contract performance, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance. Ensuring efficient and effective contract execution. Utilizing excellent communication skills to direct technical resources, report progress, and review technical documents. Managing resources, reviewing financial reports, assessing risks, and preparing program status reviews. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements. Qualifications 15+ years of experience as a program or project manager managing complex programs and contracts. Experience managing multi-task contracts and leading multi-vendor environments. Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies. Proven experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, and reporting. At least 3 years of experience with Earned Value Management. Certifications PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 in Program Management. Position requires an active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Pay Range $85,000 - $265,000 Note: The RealmOne pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee.
