The HR Latam Data&Governance; Specialist will design, implement and maintain effective data analytics for the Regional HR Dashboard designing reports from the HRIS and payroll systems that provide insights that drive informed decision making. Support compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees across LATAM. Ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Inc guidelines. By leveraging data-driven approaches, the HR Latam Data&Governance; Specialist aims to enhance employee satisfaction, maintain pay equity, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, thereby contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the organization. Responsibilities - Utilize HR data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to compensation and benefits. - Develop and maintain robust HR dashboards to track key metrics, such as turnover rates, compensation ratios, and benefit utilization. - Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data to ensure pay equity and fairness across the organization. - Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Design and develop user-friendly HR dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of different departments and levels of management. - Regularly update and maintain HR dashboards to reflect the latest data and metrics. - Train HR staff and managers on how to use HR dashboards effectively for decision-making purposes. - Partner with the LATAM HR Director to manage the payroll vendor partnership. - Understand the payroll vendor's SLAs and organize quarterly reviews with the vendor to ensure compliance and adherence to these. - Partner with payroll team at INC to take learnings and insights on payroll best practice and look for opportunities to improve LATAM payroll processes. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits. - Prepare and submit required reports to third party suppliers such as Mercer and support each country to complete their compliance reporting requirements. - Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry trends affecting compensation and benefits practices. - Serve as an ambassador and champion for the Arthrex Way and values of Integrity, Innovation, Commitment to Excellence, Tenacity and Teamwork. - Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees across LATAM - Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings in each country remain competitive within the industry. - Oversee the annual salary review process, including analysis of market data and recommendations for adjustments. - Create both the template planning spreadsheet, communication content and cadence, in addition to the associated documentation for the annual compensation review process. - Produce a regional dashboard to summarize the compensation and benefit review decisions to meet approval and audit guidelines. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits in keeping with competitor norms and in-market practices. Regularly review the benefit program of each country to ensure plans and proposals for the introduction of new benefits occur in-line with the annual budgeting process. - Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related matters. - Maintain LATAM job matching library in line with the global job architecture and to relevant Mercer data for all positions across the subsidiaries. - Develop a regional compensation proposal template and other associated documents to better inform candidate offers. - Be an active member of the global compensation committee once established. - We are committed to treating all applicants fairly and do not discriminate based on race, nationality, age, sex, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union affiliation, religion, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any other illegal criteria as per law.
