By removing the pain from delivery and returns, Veho is creating powerful opportunities for brands to engage and build deep loyalty with their customers like never before. **About The Role**The Client Onboarding team defines, designs, and delivers an exceptional client service and collaboration experience which enables Veho to scale. You will be the client journey owner in the leadup to and immediate aftermath of a new launch: accountable for an integrated experience for the client across all Veho touchpoints. You will help set and manage expectations, drive operational alignment and shared business performance, and facilitate sustainable revenue growth via continuous improvement with clients. As Veho continues to partner with new clients and expand into new markets, in this role you will help scale our client onboarding function. You will play a key role in unlocking growth by optimizing and executing on our approach to client onboarding while simultaneously ensuring that a client’s first operational experience with Veho is seamless and positive. **Responsibilities**: - ** Build and optimize client onboarding processes for both our Ground Plus and Premium Economy business lines that simplify and streamline the onboarding process for both Veho and clients**: - Form deep cross-functional relationships with ground operations, other Central Operations teams, Product, and other key internal stakeholders - Interface directly with multiple teams within new and existing clients to accomplish all onboarding outcomes for new launches and client expansion - Leverage strong project management skills to execute on new client onboardings and existing client expansion into new markets - ** Under the direction of Leadership, help build and develop client onboarding strategy in collaboration with the Commercial organization, Product team, and other operations teams**: - ** Manage client and operational escalations and develop mitigation strategies**: - ** Develop a detailed understanding of Veho’s operations and capabilities** **What You Bring**: - BA/BS degree; MBA a plus but not required - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Ability to balance long term thinking with scrappiness to implement short-term improvements and test/iterate - Excellent attention to detail and organization - Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines - A go-getter who is excited by new challenges and can get hands dirty to solve problems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong stakeholder management skills across a wide array of audiences - Can lead execution of complex initiatives and processes using project management best practices - Prior experience onboarding clients or launching new products, markets, or initiatives preferred - Prior experience interacting with clients preferred
