Job summary A well-established and expanding logistics provider is looking for an Ocean Import Sales Specialist with background in ocean freight and U.S–Colombia trade. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals in the freight forwarding industry who are ready to grow and take on new challenges. Qualifications - 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or brokerage (focused on ocean imports) - Proven success in sales or business development roles - Familiar with U.S–Latin America trade lanes - Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required) Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities for ocean imports from the U.S. to Colombia - Build and manage long-term client relationships - Negotiate competitive rates with ocean carriers and NVOCCs - Coordinate with internal operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless freight movement Conditions - Location: On-site position in Barranquilla, Colombia - Contract type: Permanent full-time position.
