As a Senior Global Service Project Management Specialist at Medtronic, you will lead diverse and complex projects to deliver key business strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities - Apply strong project management skills to plan, initiate, monitor, track, and deliver service-related projects. - Lead cross-functional teams for global Service projects in the Americas, potentially in APAC and EMEA as needed. - Support customer-facing Service Programs and collaborate with the Service Technical Training team. - Develop and implement processes across Service to standardize and drive consistency. - Partner with global teams to define, implement, and monitor processes and systems to improve delivery service for internal and external customers. - Communicate project statuses, issues, and successes through effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and upper management. - Meet milestones and deadlines in an autonomous environment. - Apply broad business acumen, including financial modeling, ROI, and other cost/benefit tools. - Stay up-to-date on Service business, products, and clinical applications.
