Position: Facilities Technician In this role, you will ensure the proper execution of maintenance and cleaning activities through planning, supervision, and budget management, with a focus on quality and operational efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Manage and monitor maintenance, cleaning, and construction service contracts. Ensure contractual terms with suppliers are met. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities. Conduct daily inspections and generate reports on the facilities' condition. Key Requirements: Educational Level: Technician, technologist, or professional. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance and general services. Knowledge and experience in: Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, UPS, electrical panels. Generator and substation systems. Pumps and fire protection systems. HVAC systems. Elevators. Building maintenance: painting, plumbing, patching, and tiling. Medium and low voltage electrical networks. Additional skills include managing general services and cleaning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and leadership of operational staff. Location/Hours: On-site in Cali. Travel may be required.
