BA Global Talent is seeking a creative and detail-driven Marketing & e-Commerce Designer in Colombia to join the team. In this role, you’ll help bring books, games, and gift products to life visually across digital and e-commerce channels. You’ll collaborate closely with both the marketing and creative teams to support product launches and ongoing campaigns. Responsibilities: Design and update visual sales materials such as product catalogs, promotional one-pagers, and campaign kits Produce high-quality digital mockups of products and create render batches for e-commerce platforms Support basic website visual updates (banners, featured images, etc.) Create compelling imagery for Amazon and similar platforms, including infographics, enhanced content, product galleries, and visuals for product listings Develop engaging assets for marketing campaigns: social posts, email visuals, online ads, influencer collateral, and homepage graphics Qualifications: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce or publishing design Strong portfolio of digital marketing and product-based design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Understanding of Amazon, Shopify, or e-commerce best practices is a plus A forward-thinking, AI-friendly mindset—you’re open to experimenting with new tools and making processes more efficient Nice to have: Figma experience or familiarity with simple motion graphics tools Time Zone: Pacific Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
