**About the Role**: The **Conflict Compliance Coordinator** plays a critical role in ensuring schedule integrity and policy adherence within our caregiving team. This position is responsible for monitoring caregiver time logs, identifying scheduling conflicts, detecting potential dual employment issues, and enforcing internal policies in alignment with state and agency regulations. The coordinator works closely with scheduling teams, caregivers, and leadership to address violations through professional, respectful communication and resolution. **Responsibilities**: - Review caregiver schedules and EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) logs to identify overlapping shifts, scheduling anomalies, and policy violations. - Investigate instances of dual employment or shift conflicts with external agencies. - Maintain accurate documentation of all identified conflicts and resolution steps. - Communicate professionally with caregivers to address concerns, clarify policies, and resolve disputes. - Collaborate with internal departments (scheduling, HR, compliance) to ensure consistent enforcement of policies. - Track and report trends in compliance issues using tools like Excel or Google Sheets. - Assist in updating internal protocols based on trends and recurring violations. - Escalate serious or recurring violations to leadership in a timely and appropriate manner. **Requirements**: - **Analytical Thinking**: Strong ability to interpret data and identify scheduling inconsistencies. - **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in tracking and documenting schedule audits and reports. - **Effective Communication**: Able to handle sensitive conversations with tact and clarity in both English and Spanish. - **Conflict Resolution**: Skilled at resolving disputes calmly and fairly while maintaining compliance. - **Time Management**: Able to manage multiple investigations simultaneously and meet deadlines. - **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and EVV systems. - **Bilingual**: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. **Qualifications**: - **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish. - **Passion and Dedication**: Demonstrates strong commitment and enthusiasm for work. - **Proactive Learner**: Quick learner, eager to take on new challenges. - **Visionary**: Driven by the desire to contribute to the company's and personal growth. **Preferred Experience**: - Previous experience in a homecare or healthcare compliance role. - Familiarity with EVV systems and caregiver scheduling tools. - Understanding of labor laws related to homecare or similar industries. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
