We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Key Responsibilities - Manage project processes including platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, effort estimation, and advanced development. - Participate in and occasionally lead Scrum meetings. - Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional features, collaborating closely with the implementation team. - Ensure high-quality technical development and configuration, guiding junior/mid-level developers. - Follow ServiceNow best practices for technical design within projects. - Provide timely updates to Project Lead for effective customer communication. - Contribute to improving delivery processes and maturing portfolios and capabilities. - Fill technical or process roles as needed. - Lead, mentor, and develop assigned resources. - Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing tools for efficient delivery. - Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions. - Support HR in technical interviews and recruitment processes. Necessary Skills and Experience - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in technical consulting roles. - Experience working on the ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM). - Experience with two additional product lines outside of ITSM. - Advanced English proficiency. - Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level preferred. - Post-graduate studies in software-related topics are a plus.
