Construction Project Manager - Hospitality / Multifamily Lucid Ventures Group Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily and hospitality construction projects. This is a full-time, mid-senior level role based in Columbia, South Carolina, responsible for overseeing project quality, safety, and performance across all phases. Key Responsibilities Lead and support teams to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards Interpret and communicate construction documents, plans, and specifications Manage overall project execution, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and relationship management Prepare and oversee RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, pay applications, and forecasts Negotiate subcontracts and owner change orders with a focus on cost control and efficiency Conduct project meetings, produce monthly progress reports, and maintain up-to-date documentation Mentor and guide APMs and Project Engineers Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and internal safety protocols Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities early to keep projects on track Support business development activities, including proposal presentations Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, specifically in multifamily and hospitality Strong understanding of construction phases, project forecasting, and cost management Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint OSHA 30 Certification required Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring junior staff Involvement in industry organizations or ongoing professional development Ability to anticipate and plan 6–12 months ahead for project success Additional Information Salary range: $105,000 - $120,000 per year.
