About the Role Lead one or multiple food and beverage service shifts for our guests and clients in a setting aligned with the establishment’s concept, guiding them through the concept and products, always aiming to meet or exceed expectations, creating epic experiences and a positive work environment. Responsibilities Manage service operations: food passes, communication, delivery times, special requests, arrivals, and departures. Recognize and anticipate the needs of guests, clients, and team members to resolve issues proactively. Have comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and timing, and train team members accordingly. Organize, assist, and implement training sessions conducted by FS. Requirements Student or professional in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (desirable). Intermediate level of English. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants. Experience managing resources and staff. Knowledge of service protocols, high-end etiquette standards preferred. Knowledge of kitchen ranges and passes, ability to control timing, and manage pending dishes and drinks. Experience in cocktail preparation for peak demand. Advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools. Inventory management skills, including identifying shortages and ensuring product availability. What We Offer Competitive salary.
