Job Description Manager Agile Program Management As a Manager Agile Program Management, you will drive Agile project management practices. You will ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. This includes implementing Agile frameworks, optimizing delivery processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your Impact - Lead Agile project management efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. - Implement and scale Agile methodologies to improve project execution and delivery. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning. - Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogs. - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Agile metrics and feedback loops. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Agile maturity and project success. - Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. - Work with senior leadership to align Agile transformation strategies with organizational goals. - Ensure transparency and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Key Requirements Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience in Agile project management, Agile coaching, or Agile transformation. - Strong expertise in Agile frameworks. - Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience with Agile tools. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. - Experience with Figma/Figjam, Jira, confluence. - Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and DevOps practices.
