This is a client-facing role focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships, driving retention, and supporting client satisfaction and revenue growth. You won’t just be responding to tickets, you’ll be playing a strategic part in the client experience by managing communication, understanding needs, and identifying new opportunities for value and growth. This is a full-time contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting and wants to grow into a key player in a high-performing business development team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive client retention and growth Take initiative in proactive outreach, upselling opportunities, and follow-ups Communicate consistently and professionally with clients Manage calendars, email communication, and meeting scheduling with precision Provide high-quality client support with attention to detail Collaborate closely with internal teams on client needs and expectations Use ActiveCampaign and other CRM tools to track engagement and manage relationships Stay informed about industry trends and client challenges to position services effectively Requirements: Proven background in client-facing sales, business development, or account management Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills High comfort level with calling, emailing, texting, and meeting with clients regularly Familiarity with CRM tools (ActiveCampaign preferred) Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet goals Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments Must be located within U.S. time zones for effective communication and team alignment Excellent internet connection and a quiet workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience in virtual sales or client retention roles Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Trello, and other remote productivity tools Understanding of administrative support, marketing, or bookkeeping is a plus Core Values: At EntreAdmin, we are guided by these principles: Communication: We value transparency and proactive communication.
