About the Role We are seeking a talented Digital Experience and AI Innovation Manager to join our team. This role will lead two key initiatives within our Lifecycle Services: - Digital Customer Experience: Enhance our external web interfaces to deliver customer insights, entitlements, support, pricing, and other self-service areas. - AI Acceleration & Innovation (AI2): Lead the AI2 team, accelerating AI use cases to create value by fostering innovation, scaling ideas, and navigating challenges such as data integrity and user adoption. Your Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of product owners, technical leads, data scientists, and shared service employees. - Collaborate across teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. - Engage and manage relationships with external AI technology vendors. Requirements The Essentials: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. - Ability to travel up to 10%. The Preferred: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a tech-driven organization. - Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation. - Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Innovative mindset with experience in new AI technologies. - Project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Experience with various AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
