Our Global Customer Success Sr Analyst will be responsible for: - Designing growth strategies to maximize value for our partners across 9 countries - Managing collections cycles, including settlement, invoicing, and collections - Achieving targets for quality metrics - Identifying process improvements and proposing solutions - Implementing growth campaigns and consulting with partners - Gathering and translating partner feedback into technical features - Designing analytics sharing methods and standardizing dashboards The ideal candidate will have: - 3-6 years of experience in analytical roles within tech or logistics - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field - Stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English - Problem-solving and data storytelling skills - Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude - Intermediate or advanced Excel and SQL skills If you're passionate about space exploration and want to be part of a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible, apply now.
