Job Description: We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with our C-Suite to shape and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating departments. This role involves leading and building a global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and overseeing key communication channels. Your proactive insights will drive improvements in processes, messaging, and brand strategies to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across various platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.). - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaigns. Lead Management: - Track and manage incoming leads from various marketing channels (paid, organic, referrals, events). - Coordinate the handoff of leads from marketing to sales, ensuring timely and accurate lead assignment. - Utilize CRM tools to capture, segment, and nurture leads to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
