Virtual Sales and Customer Service Specialist As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Following up on leads generated from email campaigns - Managing customer interactions using Zoho CRM - Conducting high-volume email and phone outreach targeting the Atlanta market - Providing excellent customer service, even in challenging situations - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and achieve sales goals You will be responsible for communicating effectively with restaurant clientele and contractors via email and phone. A strong typing proficiency is required, with a minimum of 60 WPM. You should also possess excellent verbal skills and be able to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a positive demeanor. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and expertise working with restaurant clients or contractors. Proficiency with Zoho CRM or Salesforce software is essential. Additionally, being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
