As a Major Account Executive, your responsibilities include: Developing strategic sales and account plans to maximize territory opportunities and grow existing customer revenue. Executing sales plans focusing on market development, partnerships, and our Akamai Security Portfolio. Working with channels (indirect sales). Driving product development and go-to-market initiatives to establish Akamai as a cloud computing leader. Recording activities within our CRM for forecast accuracy and planning. Managing contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technology. Do What You Love To succeed, you should have: Relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud computing, micro-segmentation, and internet-based solutions. Experience selling into strategic accounts in Colombia and LATAM region. A proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas. English proficiency.
