Job Description We are looking for a Manager eStore Operation Head Key Job Responsibilities More than 8 years of experience in improving customers' purchase and maximizing sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally. Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation. Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance (Website's download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years of experience in the management and implementation of strategic and technological projects. Prioritize, organize and execute the development of new sales channels on both external and internal platforms. Also ensure the development of commercial dynamics in the different sales platforms. Track the experience that the user is having on all our sales platforms, prioritize problems and execute action plans with different teams in order to guarantee constant improvement in NPS. It must also guarantee the correct evaluation of our APP (iOS & Android) and the products we sell on the different platforms. Be able to think strategically and translate numbers and findings into strategic insights and initiatives that can improve regional performance.
