Purpose The Senior Analyst, Vendor Management contributes Labour Services Contract and invoices (assigned by assessment tools) contracts (SOWs/Work Orders); review and approval process for TPM managed suppliers within Technology and/or contracts execution and invoice management, and/or pool management activities, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The Senior Analyst, Vendor Management role includes reviewing/validating contract, time reporting periods, commercials, funding sources and processing contract. In addition, this role may also manage the invoice receipt, verification, preparation of data from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle and tracking to payment, and/or pool management activities. Accountabilities :Perform contract validation, execution and closing activities and update tracker database. :Manage contract and Invoice intake tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartBuy). :Process contracts thru bank's contracting tool (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Icertis). :Distribute published contracts to supplier by email. :Track all incoming and historical contract and Invoicing data in Excel/access database for KPIs (key performance indicators) reporting. :Receive and validate and submit invoices for payment. :Validate milestone deliverable (fixed price contracts) and acquire approvals for invoice payments. :Coordinate and Resolve invoice and Contract discrepancies. :Maintain invoice records. :Tracking to invoice payment. :Contract/Purchase Order (PO) closures. :Contribute to Bi:weekly/Monthly Contract and Invoicing status report :Manage and respond to group inbox request/inquires. :Contribute to process improvement or efficiency to steer continuous improvements. :Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. :Act as a partner to internal stakeholders. Education / Experience / Other Information :Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, business, or related field is preferred :Strong attention to detail is a must. Ability to find inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies in ticket data and documentation. Demonstrates a meticulous approach to reviewing and entering information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in every task. :Nice to have experience working with Jira , Coupa SmartBuy, CMS Ariba , Icertis, Fieldglass or another invoicing/Contracting tool :Ability to bridge communications between Sourcing, business units, third:party management Teams :2 to 3 years of experience in Contract and Invoice management :Proven ability to support and communicate effectively with Managers , senior managers and executives. Handles high:level inquiries with professionalism and a focus on delivering timely. :Problem:solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution. :Understanding of IT Labour services and contractor Onboarding processes. :Strong organizational and time management skills. :Written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.
