As a Sr. Sensory Scientist, you’ll lead strategic sensory projects, manage panels and shelf-life studies, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful insights. You’ll drive innovation, support commercial efforts, mentor your team, and ensure efficient resource use—all while applying advanced sensory methodologies and data analysis. Key responsibilities Lead complex sensory projects with strategic impact Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients Implement cutting-edge sensory methodologies Analyze data and deliver insightful technical reports Manage sensory panels and shelf-life studies Align with global sensory teams to drive continuous improvement Support commercial teams with sensory expertise Develop and mentor your sensory team Ensure resource optimization and cost management Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (Master’s a plus) 7–10 years of experience in food & beverage, with 5+ years in sensory Fluent in Spanish and English Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Expertise in sensory techniques and data interpretation Proficiency in SAP, Office, Minitab, XLStat
