Let’s make sure you’re a great fit for the role. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the creation, maintenance, and structuring of Confluence pages for internal processes and initiatives. - Document workflows, guidelines, and best practices related to Wizeline Academy operations. - Support the coordination and logistics of learning programs and internal trainings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure process consistency. - Help track and report participation, engagement, and feedback from learning activities. - Prepare internal communications, decks, and summaries related to learning initiatives. - Conduct research and benchmarking on trends in corporate learning and knowledge management. **Skills required** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, or related fields. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Comfortable working with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace). - Interest in learning and development, internal communications, and knowledge sharing. - Strong written communication and teamwork skills. - English proficiency (intermediate or above preferred). **Learning Opportunities** - Gain experience in internal documentation and process enablement within a learning & development team. - Work closely with Academy leaders, HR, and technical teams. - Develop skills in Confluence, documentation standards, and internal communications. - Learn about program management, talent development, and organizational learning strategies. **Benefits**: - Lunches and snacks at the office. - Monthly meal allowance. - Access to social, technical, and community events. - Professional growth network and continuous learning opportunities. **About Us**: Wizeline prioritizes a culture of diversity and development for its nearly 2,000 person team spread across the globe.
