Key Responsibilities: Production Process Oversight The Senior Producer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the production process, including hot sheets, timelines, and resourcing. - Mentorship of associate project managers and collaboration with supervising project managers. - Ensuring team adherence to established processes and procedures. - Embracing the use of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency. - Process improvements and applications in collaboration with Directors of Production. - Team health oversight, fostering a positive working relationship between team members. Client Collaboration The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of production processes and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaboration with business managers, account managers, and other stakeholders to monitor project health and identify opportunities for improvement. - Proactively identifying opportunities to find process efficiencies and engaging appropriate stakeholders to initiate change. Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success. - Advanced English language skills (B2+ level). - Scope development, including timing and assumptions, with supervision. - Clear and concise client and vendor communication. - Owning multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on high-profile projects. - Ability to raise flags in a timely fashion and offer solutions. - Demonstrated ability to be highly organized in all aspects of the work. - Experience managing both print and digital tactics. - Healthcare/pharma experience is preferred.
