Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across two home service brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns, overseeing social and paid media, managing lead generation, and enhancing brand visibility across both businesses. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified leads. Oversee website content updates, SEO improvements, and online reputation management. Create and manage social media posts and email campaigns. Analyze marketing performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with sales and customer service objectives. Manage traditional advertising spend (e.g., newspapers, TV, radio, etc.). Support select digitalization efforts throughout the organization. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on execution in paid ads, SEO, and social media. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRMs. Proficiency in Excel and performance tracking tools. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and think both strategically and tactically. Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience in U.S.-based home services (windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, etc.). Experience in marketing multiple brands or business lines simultaneously.
