**About the Role**: Monitor regional or global programs (in all GSC service lines) implemented in GSC BOG, optimizing and reducing the complexity of processes, generating efficiency, increasing productivity and adding value to customers and businesses. Team Leader is responsible of: - Actively lead the team of program analysts, process associate in charge, looking for operational excellence through respect and results. - Measure and control the performance of the program and resources according to the objectives defined during the implementation phase. - Control the processes within the quality standards and guarantee the compliance with administrative rules. - Actively participate and maintain an excellent relationship with process owners/ business partners - Provide timely feedback for the team in charge Responsible for the activities related to the end of the month of the Center as: - Define the processes, KPI (SMART), roles within the programs and find opportunities for improvement according to the needs of the client with the support of BPO & Transition Manager - Analyze and present the capacity utilization of the programs in charge - GSConnect usage and accuracy of the information **Who Can Apply**: Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations - Employees who have been in the organization for not less than 12 months. - Employees who have applied within last 3 months are not eligible for the current IJP. - Previous experience in project management, active leadership and teamwork. - Minimum 6 months in the current position. - High level of English (dialogue, writing, listening). - Advanced level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools **_ - **_ _**_Note: Applicants must have their leader’s approval_** **Key Capabilities / Competencies**: - Customer Orientation - Planning & Organizing - Assertive Communication - Influencing - Leadership Attributes of DPDHL
