Position Overview Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize applications using Retool and other low-code tools to enhance operational efficiency. - Utilize advanced SQL skills to ensure efficient query performance, data modeling, and implementation of stored procedures. - Implement and maintain robust applications, focusing on best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to build effective low-code solutions. - Stay current with trends in low-code automation and apply existing knowledge towards the creation of applications with Retool. Required Skills & Experience - Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, databasemodeling, and stored procedures. - Proficiency in API development, including REST and GraphQL, as well asauthentication methods like OAuth and JWT. - General awareness of AI tools and API integrations, including platforms likeOpenAI and ChatGPT APIs. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud, with a focus onbackend infrastructure. - Intermediate experience with low-code platforms, with a preference for priorexperience with Retool. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Skills - Experience with Django as an additional backend framework. - Knowledge of workflow automation and process modeling tools. - Familiarity with third-party API integrations and webhooks. - Background in cloud security practices, although specific standards likeOWASP or SOC2 are not required. - Understanding of AI tools and API integration beyond basic familiarity. - Exposure to Azure cloud services for backend infrastructure. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
