Responsibilities We are looking for a highly capable candidate to help exceptional candidates find strong jobs. The role includes: Communicating with top talent via email, phone, and video calls Understanding talent requirements and matching candidates with suitable jobs in our network Pitches and communication with companies regarding candidates Our focus is on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, working directly with the founders and contributing to building our AI start-up. Initially, this position requires working in-office in El Poblado; later, remote work will be possible.
