We're seeking a Security Systems Designer to create innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with Florida's electrical and building codes while collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver reliable and efficient systems. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze electrical plans to design advanced security systems. Utilize top-tier equipment from brands like Digital Watchdog, Elk, Axis, 2N, DSC, and Avigilon. Develop detailed wiring plans for reliable device support. Apply industry best practices to ensure compliance with Florida codes. Work closely with sales, operations, and project teams to meet client expectations. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, or equivalent experience. 3+ years in security system design with a stable work history. Proficiency in CAD or similar design tools. Knowledge of Florida electrical/building codes. Familiarity with security products from Digital Watchdog, Elk, Axis, and more.
