Role Description:The Account Management Representatives oversee managing any needs or situations that might arise within the assigned accounts. This includes invoicing and order closing, tracking, appointment setting for delivery and pick-ups. They are also responsible for working with the sales representative in developing new accounts, providing operational and strategic support, conducting meetings and evaluations to identify business opportunities and growth with new clients. Key Responsibilities:Strategic analysis of offers received for load coverage, through negotiation skills and the ability to identify market situations that may affect rate variations, reviewing the best options and ensuring approval of the most competitive rate for each lane. Booking tendered loads received via email. Setting appointments for pick-ups and deliveries. Tracking loads to ensure carriers meet pick-up and delivery appointments. Overseeing any needs or situations within the assigned accounts. Providing excellent customer service to NFI’s clients. Escalating cases to relevant teams within NFI to provide solutions to clients when applicable. Other duties as assigned.
