Job Description As a Change & Problem Sr. Analyst, you will manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Change Management, Release Management, and Problem Management processes within the IT organization. Your goal is to ensure minimal disruption to IT services while enabling rapid delivery of changes and releases. Your Responsibilities - Change Management: - Organize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating discussions on proposed changes. - Manage the Change Management Office (CMO) to adhere to policies. - Develop and oversee the Change Management processes. - Manage the lifecycle of all changes, including request, implementation, and closure, with risk assessment and impact analysis. - Monitor change success rates, identify trends, and implement improvements. - Problem Management: - Develop the Problem Management process to identify the root causes of IT incidents. - Coordinate investigations with technical teams to identify and document causes. - Track problem resolutions, ensuring closure and prevention of recurrence. - Identify potential problems and implement preventive measures. - Monitor problem resolution effectiveness and insights for process improvement. The Essentials - You Will Have - Engineering degree or related experience. The Preferred - You Might Also Have - Experience in Change, Release, and Problem Management. - ITIL certification. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe and Scrum). - Openness to new technologies and process improvements.
