They ensure all permits are obtained, comply with local, state, and federal codes, and meet all safety standards and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Oversee the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment 2. Assist Plumbing Trade Leads with re-work/re-designing of systems when needed 3. Meet with Engineering Team regarding any re-work/re-design when needed 4. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues both in the factory and on construction sites 5. Advise on plumbing system maintenance and upgrades 6. Inspect plumbing to ensure safety standards are met 7. Ensure the final product meets all code and safety standards 8. Help oversee the plumbing stations and coordinate needs with Area Managers, Supervisors, and QA 9. Submit changes needed to improve shop operations 10. Collaborate with the design team to optimize designs 11. Assist or step in to keep production or construction work moving 12. Complete weekly inventory for materials/supplies 13. Ensure materials and supplies needed for on-site jobs are available 14. Communicate with Supply Chain as needed 15. Oversee the entire on-site completion process, including permits, organization, and final inspection 16. Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - Completion of an Apprenticeship Program - At least 5 full-time years (8,500 hours) of practical experience - Successfully passed the Colorado Master Exam - Valid plumbing license - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Organizational, planning, and documentation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to read shop drawings - Excellent communication skills - Effective collaboration with other departments #J-18808-Ljbffr
