Lead Analytics Team Strategically We are seeking a seasoned analytics leader to build and manage our analytics team, driving business growth through data-driven insights. About Our Client Our client is one of the largest and fastest-growing promotional products distributors in the United States. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast customer behavior and market trends. - Align marketing strategies with business goals through close cross-functional collaboration. - Continuously adopt new analytical methods and technologies to maintain competitiveness. - Analyze marketing campaign ROI and performance across channels (email, paid ads, social). - Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions. - Use analytics to inform pricing strategies and promotions for revenue growth. - Promote innovation and the use of new analytics tools and techniques within the team. Requirements: - 5-8 years in analytics or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing analytics teams. - Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data interpretation. - Experience working in DTC e-commerce strongly preferred whether B2B or B2C. - Proficient in analytical tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, SAS, Power BI and Google Analytics 4).
