Job summary We're building the next generation of global payments infrastructure—seamlessly connecting businesses to emerging markets through local pay-in, pay-out, and banking solutions. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and ideation to development, launch, and iteration. - Collaborate with engineering to translate merchant needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications. - Work with compliance to ensure all products meet global KYC/KYB, AML, and regulatory standards. - Partner with business development and operations to bring new pay-in, pay-out, and FX capabilities to market. - Analyze product performance and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements and fix pain points. - Stay ahead of market trends in payments, fintech, and emerging markets to inform strategy. Qualifications - Experience: 3–7 years in product management, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or BaaS. Required Skills - Strong business and technical acumen—you can talk API endpoints with engineers and ROI with execs. - Resourceful, data-driven, and execution-focused. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Exceptional ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
