Design and build the architecture of the internal SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, multitenancy, and high performance Establish continuous improvement processes by extracting learnings from real-world client implementations Define the platforms strategic evolution, integrating emerging technologies while ensuring adaptability and customization capabilities What should you bring? English level: B2+ / C1 (Required) Proven experience building multitenant platforms from scratch, ideally in a startup environment Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, OLAP/OLTP systems, gRPC, and programming languages such as Kotlin or Java Advanced technical skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and messaging technologies like Kafka or Red Panda Hands-on experience integrating AI models in production environments and designing internal APIs for engineering teams What will you receive from them?
