Join to apply for the Sales Development Representative US role at Rehire 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants A fast-growing US-based company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused exclusively on lead generation to help open new business channels and expand its reach beyond current networks. This role is ideal for someone highly self-driven, tech-enabled, and comfortable working in outbound sales environments. The selected candidate will be expected to design and execute prospecting strategies, leverage modern sales tools, and engage potential clients primarily in the US market. Responsibilities Design and implement outbound strategies to attract and engage new prospects. Conduct market research and data enrichment to identify ideal customer profiles. Use tools like Clay, Outreach, and others to personalize and automate outreach. Initiate contact with potential clients via digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with internal marketing and advertising teams to align messaging. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems. Support the setup and iteration of sales workflows. Demonstrate potential to take on a leadership role in the sales team over time. Requirements 5+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales (B2B focus). Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level required). Proven success in outbound prospecting and familiarity with the US market. Proficiency in Clay is a plus. Tech-savvy and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience in service-based businesses or marketing agencies is a plus. About the position: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (EST). Location: 100% Remote. Contractor model. Work Environment: Collaborative, growth-oriented, and equipped with sales and advertising tools. Commissions: Up to 3% of the revenue generated by leads sourced by the SDR. After the first year of a customer agreement, commission may decrease to 1–2%.
