**Production Artist Role at Inspired Thinking Group** We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Production Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in creating page layouts and making various edits, primarily in InDesign. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manipulate pages/files within InDesign, ensuring quality control and timely production. - Manipulate images, including resizing, retouching, and simple color correction. - Evaluate production quality control measures prior to project delivery, ensuring print- or digital-readiness. - Maintain communication with assigned Content Specialist(s) and the production team, providing updates on production progress. - Use initiative and independent judgment to complete tasks efficiently within established guidelines. Requirements: - High school diploma required; professional degree preferred. - Advanced English level (B2+). - 1+ years' experience using InDesign in a professional capacity. - Basic knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign). - Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team focused on client initiatives. - Quick learner, data-driven, and willing to execute new knowledge of systems, processes, and techniques.
