Job Description As a Salesforce Developer , you won’t just write code—you’ll create smarter, faster ways for global universities to connect with students. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract Shift: Day Shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Colombian Time), Weekends Off Work setup: Hybrid – Bogotá and Medellín Your Daily Tasks Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic tools Support ongoing projects and deliver scalable solutions within an agile environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Admissions Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce systems and integrations Deliver improvements and new features that align with business requirements Ensure seamless system performance, usability, and integration with external platforms Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce development Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning Design System Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and data modeling Ability to think creatively and recommend alternative solutions and improvements Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Admissions Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Administrator Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Change Management, and third-party tools like Conga and DocuSign is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Benefits Exciting Perks Await! 5 days work week Weekends off Hybrid work arrangement 20 vacation days in total Prepaid medicine Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Indefinite term type contract Direct exposure to our clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
